These three pictures above are of people worshiping at the Wat. In order to make merit (or good luck) and wash away the "bad deeds" of the last year they burn incense and candles to appease spirits. They bow and ask Budda for help. In one picture a father teaches his children how to bow and offer incense and candles. The second picture is people using flowers dipped in water and swept over their heads to wash their bad deeds away, and the third picture is people pouring perfume on the Buddha statue for reverence and merit. These people worship earnestly hoping for a better life now and in the next life.
